“When women gather, magic happens”

Welcome to Winchester Women’s Circle. This space is hosted from Winchester Pilates Studio in the city centre. Circle offers a safe, expansive space for women to ‘just be’ in community with each other.

You will be welcomed in by me, your host, Hannah. The space will hold an opening and closing ceremony by candle light. We will begin with simple, grounding breathwork and light, restorative yin yoga to settle into the space. A poem and shared theme will be offered to the group to create space to explore, share or simply listen. Themes such as alignment, manifestation, connectedness, self compassion and heart led living will guide our sessions.

Yoga mats, bolsters and notebooks with pens are provided. You’re welcome to bring blankets for extra comfort. There is a water, tea and coffee station in the studio
